Good friend Evan from 333 Montreal created this design as a representation of that which is “always being fashionable until the very end.” This idea was then transferred to a custom embroidered hat, which I am wearing in this photo.

I believe this statement also describes the concepts behind 333 Montreal. Visit 333 Blog, and see the creativity and originality that is expressed in their work. They specialize in commercial photography, graphic & web design, and videography.

Fitted Hats (and probably snapbacks) are available on customer order, in the colors of your choice.  Contact me, or Evan (on 333blog’s sidebar) for more information.

Nails done, hair done, everything did.

Montreal was blessed with perfect weather for the past few days, and I took advantage to enjoy it in the city as much as I could. Friday evening, I had a chance to go behind the scenes of the Festival de Mode & Design de Montreal, which was running Aug.3rd to 6th.

Beautiful weather, beautiful city, beautiful people.

Follow the link below to see more photos, and be sure to check out JNQ&Co.’s FB page for the full album.

Yesterday was the opening day at the Festival de Mode & Design in Montreal. What an amazing day it was to be outside to enjoy the perfect weather. The #FMDM11 runs from August 3-6 in the heart of downtown Montreal, at the corner of Ste-Catherine & McGill.

Enjoy.

JNQ&Co. @ La Braderie de Mode Québécoise
Today is the last day of the Braderie!
Thursday was my first day visiting the Braderie de Mode Québécoise, and I am very impressed with their offerings.  This isn’t one of those “up to 80% off”, it actually IS at least 50 to 80% off!  Great deals on clothing, dresses, bathing suits, high-quality leather, and many choices for men as well. One aspect that I appreciate from Québec designers is their attention to detail; the very small things that make a piece of clothing that much more desirable.
I was also impressed with the selection of Mackage jackets, as well as the large area of Rudsak items on the bottom floor, with many bags and purses starting at only $100+.  Footwear @ Rudsak (for men & women) was only $40 on Thursday, but I’m sure the selection has decreased since then.
You can also visit InFashion to see a few items/brands available at the sale.
Support your local Québec designers! They opened their doors this morning at 10:00am, and it will end today at 5:00pm at the Bonsecours Market (350 St-Paul East).
Enjoy,Jean-Noel

I wish I could do what this guy does for a living. PLUS still have time to do what I do now.  Never enough hours in a day…

“Shortly after 9/11 I closed my showroom and began focusing more on photography. I didn’t want to become a “fashion photographer” but I knew somehow that my loves of fashion and photography would eventually merge. I just never guessed it would be in the form of a blog.”

So I decided to start my own blog. Not with the goal of having a million followers, but simply to have a creative outlet.
I don’t have a lot of time for much, but I’d always want to dedicate a bit of my time to my photography, as well as my personal-development.
This is what this blog is for.
