Factory Originality - JNQ&Co. X 333Photo.com
The majority of the cars I tend to shoot usually have an extensive list of modifications: lowered suspension, larger & wider wheels, big turbos… you name it. I believe that car enthusiasts are able to show their personality and individuality by customizing the different components of their vehicle, by replacing “stock” factory pieces with aftermarket products.
For Jean-Philippe, it’s the complete opposite. “Ferrari… McLaren… Maserati…?” is what people proclaim as they stare awe when they see him driving down the boulevard. Originality comes strait from the Lotus factory in Britain. With only 2000 of these produced every year since January 2010, this “2009 performance car of the Year” are few and far between; especially in the custom-order pearl-white colorway.
I did this shoot with Evan Shuster on behalf of 333Photo, which specializes in commercial photography, web & graphic design, and overall branding. Be sure to follow the link to see the final photos, as well “behind the scenes” photos I took below.
